Our MOQ is flexible — typically 1,000 pcs for standard fasteners and as low as 100 pcs for non-standard or special-shaped parts. For prototypes and new projects we can often start even lower. Tell us your requirement and we will quote accordingly.
Standard fasteners usually ship within 7–15 days. Custom and non-standard parts typically take 15–30 days depending on complexity, tooling and quantity. We will confirm a clear lead time with your quotation.
Yes. We provide samples for evaluation — free for existing stock items (you cover courier cost); custom samples are charged for tooling, which can be refunded against your first bulk order.
Absolutely. Custom and special-shaped parts are our core strength. Send us your drawings (PDF/CAD/STEP) or a physical sample, and our engineers will advise on material, tolerance and cost, then produce to your exact specification.
We manufacture to DIN, ISO, ANSI/ASME, GB and JIS standards, and can also work to your company-specific drawings and specifications. Please state the standard and grade in your inquiry.
